Off-target
The category or canton delivered doesn't match what was ordered.
Fake or duplicate
The contact has already been delivered before, or the request turns out to be fictitious.
Without consent
The person never asked to be contacted.
What the guarantee doesn't cover
A valid lead that doesn't sign or doesn't answer your follow-up: the quality of the contact isn't in question.
A change of mind on your side after receiving the lead.
How to report a lead
Report within 5 business days
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery, via the Contact page, stating the reason for your report.
Replacement within 3 business days
Once your report is verified, the lead is replaced — no refund — within 3 business days.
