leads-qualifie.ch is published by JA Technology. We run a Swiss marketplace that connects businesses looking for customer requests (leads) with the providers and sources that generate them, across every sector and the whole of Switzerland.
We are not a broker or an insurer: our role is limited to the technical introduction between two parties, with clear rules for each.
Our model serves both sides of the market: businesses that want to grow through qualified requests, and providers that generate quality requests and want to sell them within a transparent framework.
How we hold the line on quality
A marketplace is only as good as the rigour behind what it lets through. Here are the principles that govern every request, from sourcing to introduction.
Multi-channel sourcing
Requests come from several identified channels and providers, never from bought anonymous lists.
Source verification
Every provider passes an entry check and then an ongoing reliability rating; underperforming sources are removed.

Every request is tied to a timestamped, traceable consent, in line with the revised FADP.
Criteria-based scoring
A technical and behavioural score determines whether a request is distributed, and to whom, before it is ever sent.

Data protection (FADP)
Personal data processing follows the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Buyer, provider and platform each have a defined role and responsibilities; no party acts blind.
Replacement guarantee
An invalid lead reported within the deadline is replaced under published conditions, with no disguised refund promise.
