Frequently asked questions
Everything worth knowing before ordering leads on the marketplace: how it works, the guarantee, pricing, coverage and nLPD compliance.
This page gathers the questions we're asked most often by businesses considering buying leads on leads-qualifie.ch. For more detail, see the replacement guarantee, the pricing page and our in-depth dossiers on how the marketplace works.
How leads work
What is a lead on leads-qualifie.ch?
A lead is a concrete request from a Swiss individual or business looking for a professional in a specific category (insurance, real estate, renovation, emergency repairs…) — not a list of cold contacts. Every request goes through a consistency check and requires explicit consent before it enters the catalogue.
How does matching between sources and receiving businesses work?
A source — a website, comparison tool or local network — captures a request and passes it to the platform. The platform checks its validity, assigns it a distribution status, then offers it to businesses whose receiving profile matches the category and area concerned.
What's the difference between an exclusive and a shared lead?
An exclusive lead is sent to a single receiving business only, for its category and area. A shared lead is sent to several businesses at the same time, within a limit fixed in advance and known to both sides. You choose the distribution type in the configurator.
How is a lead's quality assessed before it's distributed?
Each request receives a score based on technical criteria (phone number and e-mail validity, how precisely the need is described, proof of a time-stamped consent) and on the track record of the source that produced it. Only requests reaching the required threshold are passed on.
What information does a lead record contain?
Depending on the category: the nature of the need, the type of request, the geographic area, an indicative timeframe, the consent channel and proof — then the contact's full details, released as soon as you're connected.
The replacement guarantee, in detail
When is a lead replaced for free?
In four cases: the number is invalid or unreachable (no answer after 3 attempts spread over 2 business days); the lead is off-target (category or canton different from what was ordered); the contact is fake or a duplicate (already delivered before, or the request turns out to be fictitious); or the lead was obtained without consent.
What doesn't the guarantee cover?
A valid lead that doesn't sign or doesn't answer your follow-up — the quality of the contact isn't in question — nor a change of mind on your side after receiving the lead.
How do I report a lead, and within what timeframe?
Via the Contact page, within 5 business days of delivery, stating the reason. Once your report is verified, the lead is replaced within 3 business days.
Am I refunded if a lead doesn't convert?
No. The guarantee provides a free replacement in the cases it covers, never a refund. A valid lead that doesn't turn into a client falls outside its scope.
Do I need to sign up to benefit from the guarantee?
No, it applies automatically to every lead bought on the marketplace, with nothing to set up in advance.
How pricing works, how to order
How much does a lead cost on leads-qualifie.ch?
There's no single public rate: price depends on the sector, how scarce the request is, and the level of exclusivity chosen. You get a clear offer once you've made your request, rather than a flat figure that wouldn't reflect the real market.
How do I place an order?
Through the configurator: choose your categories, your cantons or cities, the monthly volume you want and the distribution type, then enter your contact details. Our team then gets back to you with availability.
Is there a subscription, or can I order on demand?
Both exist side by side: on demand, you pay for each lead you receive with no time commitment; with a volume subscription, you get a monthly flow in your category and area at a tapering rate.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No for the on-demand formula. The volume subscription renews but no rate or commitment is ever applied without your explicit confirmation beforehand.
Areas, categories and languages covered
Which geographic areas are covered?
All 26 Swiss cantons and more than 2115 municipalities linked to the catalogue, from the configurator down to each dedicated city page. You can target an entire canton or one precise municipality.
Which lead categories are available?
68 categories across roughly twenty families: insurance, real estate, finance, energy & renovation, home services, automotive, health, legal, security, marketing & web, HR, events, B2B and more.
Is the site available in several languages?
Yes: French (the main market), English, Italian, Portuguese and Arabic — displayed right-to-left — covering the main language communities active in Switzerland.
Can I target a precise area rather than a whole canton?
Yes, the configurator lets you select one or several cantons, or narrow it down to the exact city or municipality you want to cover.
Consent and data protection
Are leads collected with the person's consent?
Yes. Every request assumes explicit consent to be contacted about the sector concerned, time-stamped and kept by the source that captured it — a condition checked before any distribution on the marketplace.
Who is responsible for nLPD compliance on a lead marketplace?
Three distinct parties share the responsibility: the end client, the data subject under the law; the source, which collects the request and must gather traceable consent; and the receiving business, in turn responsible for the processing once it receives the data.
What are my obligations once a lead is passed on to me?
Keep the contact details only for as long as needed to handle the request, protect them with reasonable safeguards, stop all contact if the person objects, and never reuse them for another purpose without a legal basis of its own for that new use.
How are the sources that supply leads checked?
The operator continuously audits each source's consent practices — the text shown to the client, whether a time stamp is kept, and its ability to produce proof if challenged. A source that can't demonstrate this sees its flow downgraded, suspended, or excluded in the event of a serious breach.
